The Chalet White Rabbit is a splendid completely renovated log cabin (with outdoor in-ground pool heated from June 1 to the end of September) located in the prestigious Domaine du Lac Fiddler, ideal for groups of up to 8 people. The chalet is located on a large private wooded lot, with an area of nearly 70,000 square feet. Sheltered from neighbours and prying eyes, you will be sure to find peace and privacy and fully enjoy your vacation! Relax in complete serenity with the ideal trio: spa, outdoor dry sauna (available all year round) and swimming pool (available in summer). Hockey table, many DVDs and board games, indoor and outdoor wood fireplaces included.

Able to accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people, this single-storey chalet has 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom for greater privacy, in addition to a central shower room. The chalet has 2 spacious living rooms and the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. Other amenities such as satellite television, unlimited Starlink high-speed Internet, washer and dryer are also provided.

Only 10 minutes by car from the chalet, you will have access to the cross-country ski trails nearby, the downhill skiing so famous in the Laurentians with the Morin-Heights resort. Climbing in Val David 20 minutes away, mountain hikes or road biking, not to mention tree-to-tree activities in Morin-Heights or Viking descents in Saint-Sauveur, everything is there for everyone. to maximize the intensity of your stay.

Booking Policy

Base rate and additional fees:
1. The base rate is for 4 people or less (additional fee of $50 per night per add person in low season or $100 per night per add person in high season).
2. A cleaning fee of $200 applies for all rentals.
3. We accept pets (maximum of 2 pets per rental) but an additional fee of $ 100 per pet applies for the hypoallergenic cleaning upon departure.
Minimum stay:
1. A minimum of 2 nights applies at all times.
2. We do not accept daily rentals.
Weekends:
1. Weekend rentals are usually from Friday to Sunday (or Thursday to Sunday or Friday to Monday).
2. No arrivals or departures are allowed on Saturdays.
Number of persons:
1. Customers agree to respect the number of persons mentioned in the rental agreement.
2. Strict monitoring of the number of occupants is applied onsite. A penalty of $150 per night will be deducted from the security deposit for anyone not declared on the rental agreement.
Payment formalities:
1. A minimum deposit of 50% of the total amount, including taxes, is required by credit card at the time of booking to confirm your reservation in our system and secure the dates in the calendar.
2. The remaining balance (50%) of the stay will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 30 days before your arrival date.
3. A reimbursable security deposit of $ 2000 will be temporarily frozen on your credit card 48hr before your arrival date and released on your credit card within 24hr/48hr of your departure, if no damage is found and the cottage is returned to the same condition as on arrival.
Other applicable fees:
1. A 4% admin fee applies to payments by credit card.
2. A bank fee of $ 60 applies for international bank transfers.
Arrival and departure times for Chalet Silver Fox:
1. Check-in is after 4pm.
2. Check-out is at 11am.

Cottage Rules

Please note the cottage rules that apply to all participants:

1. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the cottage at all times. Smoking outside is allowed (a penalty of $1000 applies in the event of non-compliance with this rule);

2. For security reason but also to respect the serenity of the neighbourhood and to preserve our sanitary installations, we expect the renters to respect the number of persons specified in the rental agreement at all times;

3. The Fiddler Lake Resort is a recreational site where tranquility is king. The use of RVs, ATVs, skidoos, motocycles and other motocross is strictly prohibited onsite. However, you can bring your ATV, skidoo or moto on a plateform to use it outside the domain (a penalty of $500 applies in the event of non-compliance with this rule);

4. For obvious security reasons, the use of fireworks is strictly forbidden at all times (a penalty of $1000 applies in the event of non-compliance with this rule);

5. No excessive sound is allowed outside the cottage or on the deck after 10pm (a penalty of $500 applies in the event of non-compliance with this rule);

6. The Lake Fiddler is an ecological lake where motor boats are forbidden. In order to avoid the blue algae (or other parasite) contamination from other lakes, we ask you to only use the boats provided to you and not to bring your own;

7. Outdoor fires are only allowed in the covered firepit (a penalty of $1000 applies in the event of non-compliance with this rule);

8. The use of tents, RVs or any other camping installation is strictly forbidden onsite;

9. We are not responsible for any accident in the cottage, in the hot tub, at the swimming pool, around the cottage or at the lake;

10. Any subrental is totally forbidden;

11. Guests are expected to prevent excessive noise after 10pm;

By booking directly on our website or through any partner platform, you are deemed to have read and agreed to comply with these rules, as well as all the other participants of your group. In case of non respect by the guests of any of those rules, we will not hesitate to retain the whole security deposit.

The Chalet White Rabbit (31) is located within the prestigious Fiddler Lake Resort, in the Laurentians. The area is located at the exit of the village of Morin Heights, about 1 hour from Montreal and only 15 minutes from the ski slopes of Saint-Sauveur.

Go cycling on the linear park Le P'tit Train du Nord
Between Bois-des-Filion and Mont-Laurier, this well-known bike path follows an old railway line for 232 km. An ideal route to learn about cycle tourism with multiple possible stops in the villages. Luggage transport and shuttle offered.
Hiking at Mount Kaaïkop
In the Algonquin language, Kaaïkop means “bare, rocky, steep and high”. Formerly called Mount Legault, Mount Kaaïkop, at an altitude of 838 meters, is the third highest peak in the Laurentians. The grand tour offers a loop punctuated by splendid views of the other peaks in the region, including Montagne Noire and Mont Tremblant. We cross a dense forest of conifers before reaching its summit.

A classic for fall colors. The Grand Brûlé trail is a long climb punctuated by waterfalls, a beaver dam and several viewpoints over the village and Lake Tremblant. At the top, the most tired can take the gondola ($) or take one of the other trails that go down (Les Caps, 5 km, or the Vertigo, 6 km) or simply turn around. Parking fees at the Versant Sud Resort to be expected.

Hiking: The Great Valleys - Mont-Tremblant National Park (L'Assomption sector)
A round trip of less than 5 km with a rather modest elevation gain in a much less frequented sector of the park, what more could you ask for? From the belvedere, the panorama reveals an admirable view of the surrounding valleys. The ascent is made through a mature maple grove and the most attentive will note the presence of hemlocks, a rather rare species in this park. Starting point: Lac-de-L’Assomption picnic area, 15 km north of the L’Assomption information kiosk.

Treetop Hike
Our Treetop walk at Sentier des cimes Laurentides is a new truly unique way to take in scenic views from above the trees. You will start the walk along a path that winds through the forest and up to the treetops. The nearly one-kilometre path leads to the observation tower that rises 40 m (equivalent to a 12-storey building) above the forest to offer a stunning bird’s eye view of the Laurentian forests and mountains. The walk ways and main tower, with a maximum slope of 6 degrees, are completely accessible to strollers and wheelchairs. From the top, you’ll have a breathtaking view of the rolling hills typical of the Laurentian mountain range, and landmarks such as Mont-Tremblant. The total distance including the tower walk is 2.7km round trip and takes about 2 hours.
Val-David-Val-Morin regional park
The Val-David-Val-Morin regional park offers outdoor enthusiasts a special place. This 600-hectare protected territory is criss-crossed by hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails. The Far Hills sector offers infrastructures allowing access to groups and young families. Dotted with various peaks, as well as two mountain lakes, the park offers you natural beauty and breathtaking panoramas in all seasons!

We loved our stay at chalet white rabbit. The property is beyond beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets you could need. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which makes traveling in groups that much easier. We loved the pool, sauna and hot tub! All you could want on a trip away all in one location. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We can’t wait to come back again, we are already planning our next trip!

This is one of our favourite chalets offered by Zenya at Fiddler Lake resort since it is a bungalow style so easily accessible for the grand-parents and family pets! They have done a great job with the brand new sauna and hot tub! The games room keeps the kids entertained with the hockey table, arcade game and Wii console. Excellent speaker system too if you want to listen to sports or relax with spa music while doing yoga in the spacious living room!

Nous avons adoré notre weekend au chalet White Rabbit. Les magnifiques photos sont très représentatives de la beauté de cet endroit. Un beau chalet luxueux avec toutes les commodités. Nous avons pu communiquer avec les personnes contact très facilement lorsque nous en avons eu besoin. Grandes chambres, lits confortables, salles de bains très propres. Le petit salon à l'arrière était excellent pour les lèves tôt afin de ne pas déranger ceux qui dormaient encore. Et que dire des commodités extérieures. Une belle piscine qui a fait le bonheur des petits et des grands. Le spa et le sauna étaient également parfaits pour se réchauffer et relaxer. Vraiment je n'ai que du positif à dire de ce chalet. À refaire et cette fois pour un plus long séjour. Un weekend c'était trop court!

White Rabbit, chalet d’exception, notre court séjour a été des plus remarquable ! Tout était là pour que notre anniversaire de mariage, 30 ans soit inoubliable. Calme, tranquillité du site vous permettent de décompresser et d’oublier votre vie de tous les jours. Le chalet est full équipé, rien ne manque côté cuisine, vous avez juste à remplir le frigo. Les 3 chambres sont parfaites avec chacune leur propre salle de bain qui sont spacieuses, notre famille de 6 personnes, soit 3 couples, était au paradis. Le grand salon avec plafond cathédrale est incroyable, la relaxation ne pouvait qu’être de la partie. Le coin repas avec sa table ronde d’une grande convivialité. Le deuxième salon avec son coin jeux, tv, et table de hockey, était génial, de nombreux jeux sont prévus pour les grands et petits, ainsi que des livres. Et que dire de l’extérieur hyper calme, avec spa sauna et sa belle piscine au sel, nous aurions pu passer des heures et des heures dedans. Chalet Zenya vous portez bien votre nom, car oui nous avons trouvé une zénitude incroyable, un grand merci pour cela, sans compter sur votre relationnel formidable, Nicolas vous êtes un SUPER hôte, et nous reviendrons sans hésitation. This was such an enjoyable experience that I would recommend it to friends and family without hesitation. Everything lived up to our expectations and the one minor problem that occurred was resolved to our satisfaction by our hosts. It was our first time staying at a chalet in this area and we found that the location was excellent - centrally located and easily accessible for all our outings. And all the on site amenities made the trip that much more special - from the fire pit, to the hot tub and sauna, to fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Many wonderful memories were made on this trip and the chalet was a huge part of it. So happy we booked with you!

I almost don’t want to leave a review because I want to keep this place a secret. The pictures don’t do this place justice. The design and decor is on point, with attention to every detail. We rented during the winter, so the heated floors were definitely a bonus. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, they even have a raclette set and 2 blenders. Anytime we had a question we received a response right away. Looking forward to renting this place again.

Winter gets a little icy so recommend chains or a really good 4X4. Amazing property with lots to do in and around the house itself. The host was very nice and responded very quickly to any request we had. Only thing I would mention is that the dock that is pictured in the photos is not a private dock, but more of a shared boat launch. Not ideal for lounging or swimming off of, in case that’s what you’re looking for.

Our stay at Marie-Josée chalet was fantastic! It was our first time staying in a chalet of this “caliber”, and boy it was worth every penny. The chalet itself is in very modern condition, and offers everything you could need during your stay. Though the add did not explicitly mention it, I was in awe of the many appliances that the kitchen had to offer, and there are tens of high end board games that your family can enjoy. Though the neighbouring cottages are near by, the beautiful landscape offers high degree of privacy. Would recommend this place if you are looking to get away with family or a small group of friends.

A beautiful cottage right out of a fairy tale book. It has three rooms and all three rooms have attached bathrooms. They also have a common restroom in the living room. We even spotted a fox in the morning the day we were checking out of the cottage. The amenities are great we enjoyed some Netflix and games in Wii. The kitchen is well spacious with all basic appliances and amenities. We will definitely consider it for future visits. Also the host has been very prompt and quick in their responses through out. Host also set up a few items to keep mosquitos at bay which seems to work ! The landscaping around the cottage is outstanding. Everything is positioned in a way you can keep an eye on everyone from the little game house at the back.
Good value for the money, but I would recommend for longer stays with one or more family. We had little issues at check-in time but host was really responsive. Would recommend !
